EXTRACT: Intro to Espresso

In this class, we will look at the history of espresso, espresso machine technology, extraction theory, roasting for espresso and finally some milk techniques to create espresso based beverages.  In preparing espresso we feature our Kodiak Blend and current single origin offering to taste and experience how coffees perform differently in the same system. Perfect if you’re wanting to up your home espresso game, get some skills to work in a cafe, or learn more about our favorite beverage.
